As for Wormtail's wand, he had to escape from sirius in such a rush he probably just forgot to take it with him.

If a DE went and picked up Voldemort's wand, how come that DE didn't help him back to power? How come he used Peter? That wouldn't make much sense! Not to say that it's not correct Meg, but it just seems so awkward!

Okies, maybe Peter had to leave his wand behind, to make it more convincing that he was really dead? I mean, if someone had blown you up (like Sirius was supposed to have done to Peter) then wand woudl ahve been left behind, right, becaues Peter (who was supposed to be dead) can't have taken it...

And he had to have it with him, as he was supposed to have gond ther eto duel with Sirius... so it would have been too suspicious if Peter had taken it with him... He had to leave his wand behind.

With Voldie still having his wand... that one confuses me...

OOH wait, just had a really far out theory!!! I think that I will go and check up that's it's feasable, and then post it in the Book 5 section!

Now that is the mystery, Voldy still having his wand, maybe somebody came after Hagrid picked up Harry and collected his wand for him. But that wouldn't explain how it got to Voldy, seeing as most of the deatheaters had given up looking for him.
