yea i agree if they are having a secret relationship it had to be hermione's idea to hide it from harry, but i could see ron not wanting him to know b/c he could be afraid of being teased by him.

some said something earlier about the veil thing with harry,ginny,neville, and luna standing under it. so maybe instead of the possiblity of harry dating luna maybe it will be neville and luna; and harry and ginny.

I think the six who went to MoM will finally date up in three couples, but there are many possible combinations: I must admit Ron/Hermione is really probable (the point of the parfum, the fact they looked like Mr and Mrs Weasley, and remember Ron's face in GoF when he saw Hermione at the Yule Ball), but not completely sure.
There is the Luna-factor: she is so weird and has such a particular personality that she might go well both with Harry, Ron and Neville.
Ginny won't obviously with Ron, but may with Harry and Neville.
So, I don't know, as I said, there are many possibilities; if I could choose, here are the couples I'd make up (see, I haven't said absolutely the couples which JKR will make up, these are only the ones I'd prefer simply):

Harry - Hermione
Ron - Luna
Neville - Ginny

I know many say Harry/Hermione is impossible, but I repeat, these aren't the most probable couples, only my fav.

YAY!!!That is totally helpful i really need to reread the 5th book i had totally forgotten aobut that. I tihnk that we are but then again i have said from the beginning that they would.I think its a bit of foreshadowing as my english teacher would put it.

Who knows? (apart from JKR of course, but she doesn`t count) the perfume was really strange though (I´ve just finished reading the whole series AGAIN ) and everybody knows deep down in their hearts that Ron and Hermione are mede for each other .

And there´s some more "evidence" ´cos in OotP Hermione send a really LONG letter to Krum (splitting up???).
Time shall tell....

I've thought that from the first time I read book 5 (I'm not even going to disclose how many times I've read it). Ron and Hermione obviously have several conversations alone, they stand up for each other with Harry (Ron tells Harry to lay off biting Hermione's head off), Ron seems overly upset when she is sending a simple letter to Krum, and they are alone often...

This is in reply to Albus's last post... I think you're totally off.
I think both Luna and Neville have lots of secrets that we're going to get to find out more about in Book 6. Ron and Hermione are, to me, an obvious match. Ron hates the idea of Ginny dating ANYONE except Harry (think about it, he lives happily along for four years thinking Ginny has a crush on Harry and then hates Michael Corner when he realizes that Ginny and Michael are together.)
Ginny is a powerful witch, and I think that her outspoken personality goes well with Harry. Neville is comin' on out as a cool character, and there's a lot more to Luna than meets the eye. She also understands how to see past the surface and like people for who they are.

Harry - Ginny
Ron - Hermione
Neville - Luna

I agree with you ideas on Harry-Ginny and Ron-Hermione. However the Neville-Luna thing isn't my favorite, although it is the most probable. In my quirky opinion I think Neville will be with Susan Bones who I also think will come to play a larger part in the last two books.

good point... I like Luna, and I think she and Neville could be good together, but Susan Bones didn't even cross my mind... I do think that he'll wind up being a HUGE part of the final two books, and that he'll wind up with someone...

Susan Bones lost his parents, also because of the DE!
Luna's mother died in an accident!

It all fits! "Susan and Neville, sitting in a tree..." Ok! I'll just stop... pretend you have never heard this, ok?
