Percy to die! He will be so anxious to prove himself after the pig's ear he made of siding against his parents and dumbledore. he will die saving someone else- therefore will prove his sorry arse before he dies.

I think that an auror is most likely to die - after all it is their job to catch dark wizards. My bet is Tonks - she's clumsy but likeable and had more to do than Kingsley did.
