I was just leafing through my trusty unofficial HP guide, and noticed something again that I thought you guys might get a kick out of...

We know that giants and humans can mate. Apparently, based on this fact, some people (myself not included) believe that humans and other - um- creatures can mate. Therefore, Albus Dumbledore is part kneazle (spelling might be wrong, but they're apparently all-knowing, and I think they might be silverish), Pansy Parkinson is part dog (she's often described as having a pug-like face), and Umbridge is part toad (well, you know, she looks and croaks like a toad)...

I just found it funny that people would make the jump that since two humanic species (wizard and giant) could mate, that wizards would go around mating with animals and having offspring... EW!!!

good question... slytherin house seems to run high in "troll-like" students (I think Marcus Flint is one of them)
