good point, i don't know if he has, but if he did, i don't think that any old wand shop would willingly sell a wand to a dead person, nor do i think peter would go buy one seeing as how they are usually in the middle of crowded places

i know everyone has a wand best suited to them, but a wizard can use anyones wand. maybe peter stole someone elses wand?

Wasn't he then already accompanied by Voldemort? I suppose he used his (LV's) wand to overpower her.

yeah.....wormtail brough bertha to voldemort and voldemmort killed her.

"'wormtail, wormtail,' said the cole voice silkily. "why would I kill you? I killed Bertha because I had to.'" obviously, that voldemort speaking. so, wormtail could have caught Bertha without magic, and voldemort killed her.

I always assumed that Wormtail killed Cedric with Voldie's wand...
Because Voldie told Wormtail to kill the spare (Cedric) and then his echo came out of Voldie's wand... so it much have been with that wand...

I don't remember exactly about Bertha, but that must have been with Voldie's wand to no, as her echo also came out of the wand...

Prehaps, but if he couldn't keep his own wand as Scabbers, how would he keep Voldermorts? And to find it would mean somebody picked it out of the wreckage of Godric's Hollow and I doubt any DE's would've gone near the place!

my guess is that a DE did go down to Godric's Hollow and did pick up the wand and keep it. I mean a true Death Eater searched for Voldemort and a true DE like Barty Crouch Jr. would go and get the wand, and he wouldn't be suspected yet because everyone thought he was the good, sweet son of the highly respected Bartimus Crouch Sr...so he keeps the wand with him for 13 years...hmmm....that's a good question
