i think ron & hermionie will end up together....look at his reactions toward victor krum when he knowz that hermione is going w/ him...in the book...there was a moment when he finally realize that hermione was a girl....

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I don't think Rowling should include anymore romance in HP than what has already been written. Romance, unless done well, will ruin a wonderful series. It's too easy to ruin stuff with mushy scenes.

I think what Rowling has been doing now with romance is perfectly OK. But a sweeping romance story doesn't belong in the Harry Potter books, at least not in my opinion.

I agree with azn wizard.... NOT A ROMANCE NOVEL, PEOPLE!!! Anyway, do you know the age difference between Harry and Ginny? It's not drastic, but still (to me) it's kinda disturbing. The most reasonable match (if there MUST be love interests in the novels to come) is harry and Cho Chang, Hermione and some other smart guy (maybe Krum? He did ask her to come visit him). Anyway, Ron being bisexual is reasonable, but come on, do you really think JKR wanted that in her book? Were'nt they origionally geared towards wee folk (tweens, etc?) Whatever. JKR has written an amazing series so far, and will continue to do so

No offense to anyone else, but i just don't think that the love scene will play as an important role in the books as all the adventures Harry will endure.

Well certainly romace won't be the centre of the next books, but it will play an important role, as Jo mentioned in an interview they are teens, hormones run all over their body, and Harry being 15 ad Jo not writing about romance, I don't think so.
(As lng as it doesn't resembles Titanic all is ok, could you imagine Harry dying saving his love. while he and voldemort die in the destrction of Hogwarts?)

I don't think that JK is going to get all soppy and stuff, I jsut can't see taht happening. But romance, or teenage romance wouldnt' be that horrid in the book, as long as it's along the lines of what I 'm t hinking. I can't see big romantic dates or anything else like that... Just the stuff that normal kids that age went through... oh, you like her, or I like him, maybe someone will hold someone else's hand... big deal. I can't see it being a mojor turning point in the plot... I mean, what did dating include of when you were that age? Sitting next to someone in class???

well they are starting, but they will be 15, maybe not that crazy things are done, but 16 and 17 aren't innocent either, I think we will see some romantic problems, but nothing too serious.
