Huffleduck that is not fair at all...since I had absolutely no idea what you were talking about at first I was confused...now I got it...all I can say is, do you have a relative in an other county in Georgia where you can get a real diploma? If so maybe you should strike a deal with them so you could live with them for the remainder of your high school years so you may recieve your scholarship and diploma. Another (worse) option is to drop out, get a job, save money, earn a GED through night school and then once you have enough money go to college. There might even be scholarships to be had for people in your situation. Personally I would do anything I could to go to school in another county...actually I do. I live in a county where the schools are small and not very good, so I drive over to another county where the school are great. Yet I don't know how big the counties are in Georgia. In Wisconsin they are rather small. All I have to do is cross the road and I am in another county, and then I can drive about 10 miles east and i then I'd be in another county still.
