Lupin, I would have said Moody but three reasons, he is paraniod, scary looking oh and he turned out to be a Death Eater (I really didn't see that happening oh welll, the brilliant mind Jk Rowling strikes again I guess :D)

Yes, well... it was a bit unexpected I suppose.

I liked Lupin too.

Well Lupin seems like the only option:

Quirell--Evil
Lockhart--Self-explanatory
Lupin--Good
Moody a.k.a Crouch--Super Evil
(I'm not gonna go further because this is the Phoenix-Free room [you heard that Phoenix Reborn? That's discrimination against your species :D ])

Yes I'm already lobbying for it's immediate dismissal  :o !]

Actually, I liked Lockhart as a character, best.

And as a spoiler, lets just say book 5 and 6s DADA teachers weren't exactly the best... and I'll leave it at that. :o

Mainly because there's not one person on the site that hasn't read all the books... but okay.

Well, as a character, I liked Quirrel the most. He was so.... weird to say the least.

I enjoy reading Lockhart, still. :-)

For a start, he and McGonagall are the only characters that I think they've done justice with in the movies... although I pictured him just a little thinner.

He means favorite in character. Lupin was the best teacher but not the best character.
