Well the daily Prophet wrote this articel 4th of may that Gringott were robbed 3rd of may, I took my Long Napping Pill 2nd of may. look it says so in my calender I´m wery carefull to write up when i use this pill if i take one today i wont wake up untill X-mas next year!!!

we just have your word for that Moonstone, maybe you took the pill one day AFTER the robbery, and altered the details on your calender. that way you could stay away from the crime scene for some time.

also you are an account holder, that gives you the knowledge for the crime.

Also the Ministry has found proofs that you have an acquaintance with the prime suspect Dumbledores Master.
