Well, I dunno. I don't like Malfoy or Snape at all--they're so mean. But I think Snape has a reason behind the way he is.
Malfoy, I think he's just been spoiled and taught the wrong thing all his life. I mean--with parents like that, who needs enemies? So, in a way, it's not his fault. But he likes being that way, like all bullies--it builds them up and makes them feel important, as being a pureblood also does for Malfoy. He feels better than others because that's the way he has been taught to think.
I don't HATE them. I might if I was a student at Hogwarts, but just being an omniscient observer, I see a different side of everyone. I dislike them very much, since they're so mean (bully-mean) to Harry, Ron, Hermione and everyone else in the school, but I feel sorry for them too.
I'm a sympathetic creature.
