Felt the same thing myself. The board just seemed to go all quiet for some reason. I wouldn't worry too much, in about a month or so when the sixth book comes out, everyone will have a ton of stuff to discuss. Chances are we will get a whole heap of new members too, with people becoming more interested in the Harry Potter books.
Of course I hope all the regulars come back well before then.

Well, you also have to remember that right now a lot of people are taking finals. And you are absolutely right, very soon rumors about book 6 will surface and people will start posting more.

Yes, that's it. I'm busy with my exams too (have just dropped in to see what's new). How I hate exams! I'm already so nervous about this one...

I'm afraid I'm one of those bogged down with finals. I handed in a 5000 word maths project on the 27th of April then another 10 page long maths project the week after and now I have an exam on saturday morning, one on tuesday morning, one on friday afternoon and my last ever exam on Saturday the 21st in the afternoon. Then I graduate on the 21st of June so I will be away that week graduating and then I have to find a job...meep!
For all I know I may fail to find time to ever come back here...tis scary!

Same here, this is my VERY last exam at uni, sort of a graduating exam (we have this stupid school system - to graduate you have not only to make a thesis, but also several so called "state exams" which is nothing but else than taking an exam which includes everything studied during the previous 5 year). Scary exam. And then finding a job... But I hope to start my carreer as a teacher (I'm still an idealist), so that can mean that I'm going to have at least some summer...

wow! Thats evil, at least my four exams are only on work covered this semester...
The 5000 word project was the equivalent of a thesis or dissertation.
I wanted to be a teacher too but the place I wanted to train rejected me so I have to find something else now...

Good luck with the exams!
It seems that I have more work to do now and I also take evening courses, so I might be too tired to post a lot, but I try to read the new posts at least.

*big relieved sigh* I've done it! I've passed it!!! Can't believe it and yet I somehow don't feel all that satisfied with myself (though I got a very good mark), I feel as if I were in a bubble... it's probably because I'm psychologically exhausted, I'm always like this the day after a difficult stressful exam.
