Ok, I am a HS senior who has no idea what to do when I get out of school. I want to go to college (Hopefully UW-Madison, cross your fingers for me) and I also haven't filled out any aps, although the pile on my desk is also getting very high...

I kinda want to go into scientific research, yet I also might want to teach science, yet I really love music and I might want to teach that, while my bf says I rock at english and lit and says I should teach that, while my friend tells me I should be an actress while my parents frown on me and say teaching and liberal arts is no way to get through life, so I'd better take a REAL job...arrggghhh...

Right now I am a concession stand worker at the Black Creek Lake, and the character "Meg Boyd" in the local production of D*mn Yankees...ha ha ha...I hope to be a camp counselor someday at Camp Tek where I used to wash dishes in the two summers previous...

I wish everyone luck where they need it concering occupations

Meg, I think taht you should teach whatever you want to. Who cares what your boyfriend or whoever says? It's you that will have this career, not anyone else, so I dont think you should listen to anyone's opinion but your own. Its like you're the only one that knows what will make you happy, know what I mean??
