I think Evan, maybe, Gwared.

Yes I knew Smith was more common but I mistakenly said my surname was 2nd, not so in the US.

My middle name is not Evan...but it does contain the first and last letters of that name in that order! And when my middle name is used as a first name it is inevitably shortened like, for example, Anthony to Tony...but the shortened version of my middle name contains the letter V. (also you will have seen it on this page in it's shortened form...remember it's common!)

My real name is just boring old Christina, follwed by what every Christina is... Marie. I think my name is very common, so I usually have people call me Crista.

My name is Mike. It's weird, i've seen people talking about common names, i'm surprised mine hasn't come up. from what i've heard, and expirienced, Mike (or Michael) is quite common. it's tough sometimes cause people will say Mike and i turn around, but they don't want to talk to me. My band directors name is Mike too, that gets weird sometimes. but yeah, that's my name.

Oh, meg, I know a mary that's under 20 even, oh wait, that's you. sorry.

AHAH ! My name is most uncommon : Donat
When I was younger, I didn't like my name and thought I might change as an adult because of all the Donat/Donna/Donut/Doner Kebab mocking, but now I realise how much fun it is having such a name. Just the other day, a little girl asked me what my real name was, that was fun!

No way....I've only met one little girl named Mary and she was one of my campers when I worked at a summer camp last summer! Cool...

I was really getting excited when I read that, and then...well...I finished it, and saw you meant me...well there was another "Mary" in school, the grade above us, and then she changed her name to Tatem...I personally would have kept Mary...lol, no offense or anthing

You've only met one little girl named Mary? Well, I don't think that it's that unpopular of a name, because in elementary school when I lived in Vermont I knew a Mary as well. So maybe its just in Wisconson it's not a popular, but in other places it is

Cool, I noticed that when I went to France over spring holidays...my host family called me Marie, but it is the same name anyways...at least my name is popular somewhere, over here popular names are like Jessica or Ashley...he he...really what is important is whether we like the name we are given or not, and personally I rather like my name! How about all of you? Do you like your names?

My name used to be pretty uncommon here (at least when I was born) and I've liked that -- I wouldn't like to have a really common name. So you'll understand my sorrow when I not long ago discovered that my name was the second most popular girls name given to a baby last year! :( Oh well, can't have everything ... :) Oh yeah, and the name's Viivi.

Viivi...it's a lovely name, I think!

My name's quite simple but yet very uncommon here. It's Janna (pronounced Yanna).

i hate my name b/c almost entirely every girls in my school have the same name i have. :-? In 2nd and 3rd, there are 7 to 8 girls with the same name as mine. I hate it, i don't want to have the name that everybody wants to name their child too. I want a name that identifies who am i and what kinda person i am instead of going for a popular name.
