Football is just a load of idiots, too stupid to do anything else, running around kicking each others heads in instead of kicking the ball

Well, everyone has his/her opinion...
I don't actually watch football games as often as other people, but when it comes to the portuguese selection, I like to see it... But besides that, I don't see football games, nor do I play it. Although, I don't think it is stupid...

I am the other hand a avid Manchester United supporter!!!!! I don't watch games as much as i used to due to time restrictions (i'm so busy nowadays), but still love the game and watch it whenever i can, although i, like Joto, don't play very often :grin:

I`m so sad about winning potugal (portogal-england) :???:

I like england a lot !!!!! It was my favourite team

now I hope portogal became europe champion but i like netherlands to.

Van Nistel Roy is a very great player but i don`t like Ronaldo (the young player or portogal)

I think only greece is not a favourite but they are also good. I think until now they have got a lot of luck.

well i was very dissapointed when england lost to portugal

very mad with the referee

and although everyone ( round here anyway) is slating beckham for being rubbish, he was not rubbihs, just average. its more noticeable because he usually plays at such a high standard and just didnt. that penalty though urrrghh!!!

I can understand about your opinion of football DM, but i think there is more skill needed. Sure usual intellect isn't really needed, but watching a superb footballer can be a magical thing. They read the game, can anticipate the flow and pace of the play. and the way they move with the ball takes real skil and insight. i have to disagree that they are stupid and mindless. i think the fans are more mindless than the players most of the time.

I would like either portugal, the czech team or greece to win i agree that the only problem with portugals line up is that young upstart ronaldo, he is good, but nothing we havent seen before.

Well, first of all... The PORTUGUESE selection was a great team during the Euro... I really liked it...
