Woohoo! Have figured it out! The NOAA thing isn't as interesting as we would have liked. It's just a government division, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The NOAA at the bottom of the picture is just to credit the source. We'll just have to take over the administration with chickens and make them change the name to something more fun.

Well, it certainly wasn't me... I only joined in April I think!!!
