Why do wizard rely so badly at magic when it comes to fights, first of all. waving with a wand and pronouncing some weird spell takes a whole lot more time and effort than pulling a trigger

Anywas, why dont anybody work out at Hogwarts? It must be really good to be able to kick somebody elses ass without magic in chase of a duel (if they would knock their wands away with a spell)

Well, I just wanted to start a subject surounding what I just wrote.

but they don't need to do they.....they have magic which is far more effective than fists...its gonna be pretty uneven if one uses fists and the other wand cos think what you can do with a wand.....while ever 2 wizards fight they will always both use wands otherwise one will have a huge advantage over the other....

i mean, they do use fists when they cant use magic....

and as for work outs.....quidditch is wizards sports isnt it....i bet they get muscles and fitness from that

then theres also care of magical creatures...id say you'd get rather fit running around after blast ended skrewts and other Hagrid pets.....

and i think Harry must be fairly fit and strong....he plays quidditch, has looked after numerous hagrid pets, done that triwizard tournament, spent his life avoiding dudley (must be a fast runner at least)...fought a basilisk....

Lol, I completely agree.

Something tells me I'd do much better armed with a wand than with my weak girly muscles...

what's the point of a machine gun if a wizard can stop all the bullets with a whip of his wand (like neo, that'd be ohhh)

i suppose so ... she is the only doctor in hogwart's to what we know, so she must be a good one to cope with everything. and some ^spell wounds seem quite physical, like the one in the 5th book and also magical beasts can hurt ...

hmm...i bet they could stop bullets....

i mean.....isnt there the oposite of the summoning charm that sends objects away...i seem to vaguely remember something about cushions and a box in the charms class but maybe the was winguardium leviosa....

then again, maybe impedimentia would work......or maybe just who care, go blast the gun with some spell to mangle it so it cant shoot ya...

or perhaps.....expelliarmus.....nock the gun out of the hand before your enemy can use it.....or tranfigure the gun into something else...say a teapot??

and i dont see why she cant mend gun wounds if she can grow back bones and get rid of wiskers and tails and big teeth.....
