The Broadway Thread

I was just curious if there were any Broadway fans on this forum . . . personally, I'm a great fan myself. My first show was Les Miserables, and since then, I've been addicted. Here are some of the shows I've seen:

On Broadway:
1) Les Mis
2) The Phantom of the Opera
3) Cats
4) Showboat
5) Mamma Mia!
6) Kiss Me, Kate!
7) Bells are Ringing
8) The King and I
9) The Sound of Music
10) Miss Saigon
11) The Music Man
12) Man of La Mancha

That's all I can think of for the moment . . .

Brian Stokes Mitchell is the god of Broadway, by the way. I just adore him!!

Ah, but Sweeny Todd has some really good music . . . my acting camp put that on the year I went but I never got a chance to see it . . . too busy learning how to 'enunciate'.

I have been to 3 brodway shows at broadway. They were Into the Woods, which i thought was really cool, Lion King and Beauty and the Beast. Our school does a lot of musicals too. So far, we did Bye Bye birdie, the music man, joseph and the technicolor dreamcoat, guys and dolls, annie, and willy wonka (elementary kids did it).

Guys and Dolls veteran....Adelaide, right here, oh yeah. Haha, anyway

Disney on broadway is amazing...beauty and the beast and the Lion king, those were so cool! I think it's all the effects....not to mention I know the songs...*woohoo, sing along time!*

But seriously...I adore Les Miserables...Adore with a capital A (hence the capital a) Anyway, Chicago...but, I think the whole Richard Gear thing would get anyway...(so he wasn't in the broadway redintion...sue me)

I personally, though this isn't broadway, can't wait for LORD OF THE RINGS: THE MUSICAL

No lie...it's coming... :-?
