Forum Upgrade

I'm just about to do a minor upgrade to the forum. I've spent a few hours preparing so hopefully it shouldn't take too long, but things may be inoperative for a short while. Sorry for any temporary break in service.

Upgrade complete

Phew - that one went smoothly thankfully. The main visible changes are on the Memberlist which will now allow you to sort the memberlist in 7 different ways including the top 10 posters. The Ascending and Descending order works now too. :)
