I seriously doubt that cho would seek revenge...I think she's just gonna go around a cry a lot. I mean, my heart does go out to the girl...but come on dear...*wooo* There's this little thing called life, and...I think she's forgetting it a little.
Anyway, all I know is that...if someone else as lovely as Sirius dies...I kill. I will SCRAP with JK rowling until my dying day....*sob* my weak emotions can't take much more...

There is a war going on, deaths are likely. This thread is a theoretical thread as to who such casualties may be.

Devinci, the words are censored due to the offensive words they contain, i.e. r*pe and cr*p. I believe however that Grape and Scrap may survive due to capatalisation. It works with scr*w and Screwts.

Please excuse the wonderfully wasteful triple post but I was curious as to why the capital S's get decapitalised upon posting. And that my mistaken belief that Screwts doesn't get censored is because it's supposed to be spelt Skrewts.

We mods are currently deciding whether to allow damn without asterixes as it is used in the HP books. I'm still curious as to why the censor destroys words that contain banned words. It would destroy many English places like Essex, Wessex, Middlesex and Sussex.

Now that I have taken this topic so far off-topic it is in danger of hitting Mars...

Cho is a very likely candidate to die next book. It's her last year and she would have to die or get a job in the ministry to really remain in the focus of the books. She may try to avenge Cedric and get killed by a DE.

The reason why the capital disappears is that the replacement word in the word censor part of the database is written in small letters.

Back from Mars....Good point about book 6 being Cho's final year in Hogwarts. My feeling is that she won't die, but will continue to remember Cedric and may in some small way get some kind of unexpected revenge. Although her swan patronus may seem just pretty, if you've ever been face to face with a fully grown swan, they can be quite a formidable sight, and an angry swan isn't something I'd want to fight. Her patronus could be very underestimated, and more protection than the other Hogwarts students may think.

ok, its an inside joke, and since I am the only one in on it right now it's not funny for you, but I also though the asterick censoring was hilarious because it kept happening when i was talking about that crazy angry grapes book: The Grapes of Wrath...

Any way I do think Cho will have some sort of a revenge and although I never liked her, perhaps her character will develop nicely in the next book, and will be come a true, active member in the DA (with out Marietta, thank you very much)...I take back wanting her to die, but I do admit that being 17 and having a lot of emotion inside of you while having a boy friend just doesn't work, so Cho had a bit of my sympathy...but then she found a new boy friend so then she lost it...

Well, I have already stated this elsewhere, but I think the toll is going to rise dramatically with the start of the Second War. Though it's likely that many of these won't be known & loved characters, some probably will. Sorry to be pessimistic thus.
