Disappearances...

Kitty who were right behind Ezequiles and Luke suddnely stops. She thought that she had heard some foot steps behind her but when she turns around she can see that there is noone there. The only thing that moves is the flickering lights. With a sigh of relef she turns again to continiu to the Owlery. But she stops when Logan begins to make growling noices.

Ouch!Will gets up, rubbing his aching bottom.I think we're somewhere in the Dungeons. Has one of you been here before?

Luke reaches the owlery without meeting anyone on the way. After entering the owlery, the door closes by itself. Surprised, Luke looks around but spots no one. Maybe it is just the wind, he says to himself after seeing the opened window. Then he proceeds to write the letter for his father and ties in on his owl's feet. Rei, send this letter to my dad as fast as possible. When you are done, fly straight back home. It's not safe staying at Hogwarts anymore... With that, he lets go of his owl, watching as it flies into the sunset. Turning back after hearing the hooting of the owls, he thinks of a better idea. Find your owners, look for them and gather them! Hoping the owls would understand him, he sets all of them free in search for their owners. Well, I better get going! Luke tries to open the door but it was locked. Alohomora! However, the door still remains tightly shut. What the...

Is everyone OK? Asks Ezequiel. Damn, I can´t see a thing. Lumos! With a bit more light Ezequiel can recognise his companions. Well, it seems like not everyone has been transported, so I hope they can do something to help. In any case, we´d better help ourselves. Hannah, where did you say there is a patch of light?

Karen points her wand to the patch of light Hannah noticed in the ceiling. You see, there? It's not much, but it gives me the impression that we're underground. So, this could very well be the dungeons. Although, we could be anywhere. I felt like I touched a portkey, just before we ended up here. If that's what happened, we could be anywere.

After spending a couple of minutes trying to open the door using both physical and magical means without success, Luke gives up and walks to the other end of the owlery. There is no other way out...except the windows...but this is the upper tower... Cracking his head thinking of means to leave the owlery using the windows, Luke leans against an abandoned closet. I can fly my way out using a broomstick! Just summon one of the school brooms. Luke exclaims. And in his excitement, he accidentally breaks the closet door and falls backward. To his surprise, there isn't anything behind to break his fall. All he knows is that he is sliding down a secret passage, covered with slime.

Shouldn't that portkey somewhere here then? says Hannah And I don't remeber that we all touched something at the same moment just before we appeared here. No, it's not a portkey, it's something else... She looks at the patch of light again Is that a hole up there or what... It's not that high, maybe someone could climb up there and see something through that hole

I´m not sure, it felt like a portkey... Maybe somebody has discovered a way to make portkeys effect a place instead of an object... Muses Ezequiel, while he walks over to where the hole is and tries to climb up the damp walls. suddenly he slips and hits his knee against a stone. DAMN!! Swearing, Ezequiel gets up and winces when he places weight on his leg. Anybody else want to try? He says limping away from the hole.

Kitty Walks over to a door that is left open, Logans growling noices is getting louder and more intens.
Trying to ignor the cat she looks in trough the door and then backs away from it.
In the room she had seen a strange figur standing over the desk reading some papers. It seemed like every breath the figur took were painful.
In fear of the figur Kitty grabed hold of Logan and ran as fast as she could to the Owlery were the others were supposed to be. When she reached it she noticed somthing strange the door was locked. She begun to bang on it in hope that someone were in there.
All of a sudden a sharp pain went trough her body and everything went black.
The last thing she heard were Logan screaming in pain.

Woooooooaaahhh...ouch... Luke winces in pain as he hits the sides on the way down the slide. Searching around his pocket for his wand, he hits yet another obstruction along the passage. Curse it...I need my wand to curse those things out of the way... Luke mutters under his breath. Finally after several more bumps, he gets hold of his wand. Lumos! Able to see better, Luke is somewhat relieved. At least I'm prepared for the next bump. Luke laughs at his own comment. However, he stops laughing when he sees a dead end ahead. What is a wall doing there!!! Luke shouts out when he realises he is going to hit the stone wall with full impact. Using his limbs as brakes, Luke tries to slow down but he couldn't. He stares at the wall, bracing for impact. 5...4...3... Luke counts down to impact. To his surprise, the wall suddenly springs to life as it swings itself open. Instead of crashing to the wall, Luke lands on the stone floor with a sickening sound of a twig snapping which suggests a broken bone.

Ezequiel,are you o.k.?no, obviously. sorry, my bad idea. I'm kind of short for that but... she takes her wand I'll just try this. wingardium leviosa! she says pointing the wand at karen

I´m fine, I haven´t broken anything Says Ezequiel, looking up Karen, who is slowly rising up to the celieng, where the hole is. Can you see anything? He shouts up at her.

Oww...I broke my left arm... Luke laments while pushing himself up using the healthy arm.

What a fine evening! Young lad, why are you lying on the floor? In such a joyous ocassion, you should be enjoying at the Halloween feast! Surprised by the sudden voice, Luke quickly rolls to his back, accidentally knocking his left elbow to the ground. Ouch...

A young man wincing in pain...What is the world coming to... says the mysterious voice. Luke looks up and sees a portrait of a knight riding on a fat grey pony. Sir Cadogan! It's you...I thought-

It's me of course...who do you think it was... says the knight. Luke heaves a sigh of relief before continuing. Errr...Nevermind

Nevermind!!! I just saved your life and my favourite resting place...a safe landing, I would say!

Sorry... Luke apologises. Ferula! He conjures a wooden rod to hold his broken arm in place. Where is this place? He asks, surveying the room. No door, no windows...only paintings...and you didn't disappear???

Hold your horses, young man! What do you mean by I didn't disappear? Cadogan questions. Luke quickly explains, All the paintings and portraits I have seen along the way to the Owlery have disappeared...I mean the scenery still remain but the person in it is gone! You're the first I've seen after the mysterious disappearance! You can try to walk to other paintings and see it for yourself!

Woah! Karen struggles to remain upright as she floats towards the ceiling. As she approaches the hole, she realizes that it's just big enough to fit her head. She squeezes her head carefully through the hole and takes a good look around before turning back to the group. I'm pretty sure we're still in the school, although I don't reconize the corridor above us. Then again, I was looking through a hole in the floor. The hole, by the way, is pretty small, none of us could fit through it. She leans back against a wall and falls through it crashing to the ground. What the heck?! Slowly, she approaches the stone wall in front of her, and passes slowly through it. I think I found our way out. At least, I hope it leads us out. Secret passages usually do.

Oh, alright. Well done Karen...I think.mutters Will, stepping through to the other side. There are a couple of doors at the end of this corridor. Let's try them.
