ok, well, this guy had been approached by another guy, and the guy that approached almost robbed him. he called the police. The actual day of the evacuation, he saw the guy in walmart, and called the police.
really wasnt as interesting as i'd hoped... but it was ok... i thought it was a bomb threat or something... lol
