yeh, he would. and he would end up like that guy, Broderick Bode, who tried to get the prophecy. then, Bella would have escaped, and harry wouldnt have faced LV, and probably DD would have as well.

The concept of rage is foreign to you, isn't it? You don't see anything, you don't think about anything, you don't care about anything. The ony things you might notice are weapons to get revenge. At that particular moment, he didn't think about saving Sirius, but on getting revenge, making her suffer. Time Turners would have been beneath him then

I completly agree. Ever since he saw Sirius captured, he wasn't in his right mind. He could have used his mirror to contact Sirius, and what did he do? He broke into Umbridge's office, tried to telepathically contact Snape and flew hundreds of miles to lead his friends into a Death Eater trap. If that is not beyond reason, what else is?

Even after, when he was back at Hogwarts/Privet Drive, of course he would have relived that night over and over again. Wouldn't he have remembered all the rooms, what they contained--even Ginny's bit with the bird? I dunno....I think it would have come to him sooner or later... :x  sorry i just dont wanna give up lol i CANNOT FORGIVE HER--EVER!!!

Once he was back at Hogwarts, there was no chance whatsoever of getting to one, and Dumbledore isn't going to do it, its too risky to change history on that grand a scale

he might've thought about it, but wanting to protect harry, kept it to hiimself... harry could have run off, and gotten himself killed trying to get one, then sirius would've been in deeper than b4...

another reason for harry to throw/smash DD's things...

A lot of people have been saying that you can't use Time turners to bring back the dead, but they brought back Buckbeak?
Also, if they didn't have Hermiones time turner anymore, they wouldnt have been able to get permission from the Ministry, because they still thought that Sirius was dangerous.

The hippogriff being dead is what our friends thought at first. But later we learned, that he wasn't beheaded. Nevertheless you are pointing at a weak spot in the story, because without intervention, the hippogriff would have kicked the bucket for sure. A lame excuse could be, that it is "just an animal." Time turner rules may be less strict for that cause. Or at least easier to bend.

This whole matter about the hippogriff is even more disturbing to me than Harry's time-turner considerations.

Buckbeak never died. Read the book; the howl was Hagrid howling in relief, crying over his "Brave little Beaky's escape." Harry and Hermy had already gone back and stopped it. That moment in the books is already part of a time loop

Time turner rules may be less strict for that cause. Or at least easier to bend.

Or, more likely, no one knew they went back, since they were so careful not to be spotted
