How did you find out about Broomsticks and Owls?

How did you get here? Did a friend tell you? Did somebody in another forum link to BaO? Did you see a banner? If you care share, that would be awesome.

As for me, if I recall correctly, I was searching around for Harry Potter theories, when I stumbled upon this place. I was using Google.

Shortly after the fifth book came out I was looking for a forum and the first few I found were blocking new memberships due to the sudden influx. I found this one, everyone was really friendly and the rest, as they say, is history!

For me it was pretty much the same as gwared. i was looking for places with harry potter theories, and BaO came up. And iit hadsome of the best ideas that i'd come across so i joined

My old forum had grouchy members that only posted once or twice a month, and only because you were required to, or you would be kicked out, so instead of sitting at the computer, reading my name as the "last to post" for the entire 10 topics that were there, i decided to ask around. i got referred to mischeif managed, but it didnt suit me, so i googled it, and came up with this!

Well, in my case; I had just been banned from harrypotterforums.co.uk for swearing and assorted bad language. I decided to find a better place to be, so I started google searching harry potter forums, and after a little trial and error, I found this place

I seem to remember I found it through google after somebody invited me to a huge LotR forum and I decided to look see if there was an equivalent for Harry Potter.

With me it was similar to Gwared. I was looking for a forum after OotP and this one the first one that came out in google search... Anyway, this was the first HP forum that I've joined.

I googled too, I put in Harry Potter Forums
and tried a few, but the most recent posts were not very recent and when I came to join this one Dorkwad was on and thought at least someone is on..looked araound liked it and joined, and here I am!
