Of course we have ice cream, in a wide variety of flavours. If the ice cream is to be eaten with the chocolate cake, there's the old favourite of vanilla accompanied by a hot chocolate sauce- or perhaps a raspberry coulis. But if the ice cream is to be separate then it entirely depends on what other dishes may be preceding and accompanying it.
