I heard that Emma was considering not doing the last 2 films, but never heard anything about Daniel considering not doing them.

I keep hearing rumours about various actors not wanting to do it. Including Daniel Radcliffe because he didn't want to be typecast as Harry Potter (a little late now methinks) and because he was growing up faster than the films (anyone who has seen Grease will know that actors don't need to be the right age).

Heard about Emma too recently. Not wanting to do it for the same reasons as Daniel but most recent news seem to be that they're going to continue. Plus it would just be wrong without them.
