RPG: Dark Times [Suspended]

"You guys are so weird. Here's your tape," Annalise shouted as she threw a tape out her door and then slammed it shut.

"Okay, then," Alaina said as she picked up the tape. "Now you've met my sister. Let's go back to my room." Alaina turned around and started walking back to her room, with Max following closely behind her.

"She seems nice,"said Sirius sarcastically.

"Oh, yes, very friendly," Celistine replied with just as much sarcasm,"she'll be inviting us to tea soon."

"Honestly, I think she's afraid of what we could do to her. And she really doesn't like the idea of me being a witch. She's afraid that if anyone at school finds out they'll think she's weird too. But no one will find out unless me or her tells them, which is not going to happen," Alaina explained as she walked into her room.

Alaina walked over to her closet and started rummaging around. "I think my tape recorder is in here somewhere. I just have to find it." She starts throwing random objects from her closet behind her. "I don't think I've used it in years. It's in here somewhere."

"Need a little bit of magic help?"asked Sirius, a smile spreading across her face.

"No! No magic in my house! I'll find it, it's got to be in here somewhere," Alaina shouted as she continued to dig in her closet.

"Wow, I haven't seen this in forever," Alaina said as she pulled an old baby doll out of her closet and chucked it behind her.

"Oh my, what's this?" asked Celistine as she picked up a bop-it.

While thinking of a way to contact fellow students, Alphonse recalled a red haired girl, 5 years his junior, passed him a letter a few weeks ago prior to the Christmas break while they were still in school. Alphonse remembered he had finished reading the letter and placed in somewhere in his bag, and was waiting for a chance to get back to the girl when he was ordered to remain behind.

"Too much things had happened since..." Alphonse muttered under his breath and he ransacked his bag which had been left untouched ever since he came home. He spotted the letter and quickly opened it. It was the same letter he read... a letter asking for a date once the winter holiday was over...

Alphonse smacked himself hard in his head. How could he had forgotten all about that? The fellow Ravenclaws in his cabin on Hogwarts Express were teasing him throughout the journey back home.

"Alaina..."

The red haired girl caught his attention way back when she was first sorted in Ravenclaw. Though skinny, she was fiesty and made into the Quidditch team as a chaser.

Her contact number was written on the letter. Picking up the courage, Alphonse proceeded to dial the number. A woman answered the phone.

"Can I speak to Alaina if she is around? I'm Alphonse Warrington." Alphonse asked politely. He had no idea if she was at home or at Hogwarts.

"Hold on...," came the reply, "Alaina... it's for you, from some Warrington!"
Alphonse waited patiently.

Celistine, Alaina, and Sirius raced downstaris to get the phone. Alaina picked it up and said hello. Her eyes grew wider and unable to read the more she listened

"Hello?" Alaina replied as she tried to remember who Warrington was. Then it hit her. Alphonse Warrington! She had sent him a letter asking him out last year. He never replied so she assumed he thought she was too young for him. Alaina wondered why he was calling her now. She hadn't seen him in months.

"Wait, Alphonse Warrington. The Alphonse whom you asked out last year?"asked Sirius, her eyes growing wider and wider than usual.

Celistine started to giggle. She remembered when Alaina had sent a letter to Alphonse. They had all thought he had thought Alaina was to young for him. Why is he calling now?she thought.

"I didn't know that he knew how to use a phellytone. Does he have one?"Sirius whispered to Celesine.

"Shush! I can't hear with you guys talking! And just to let you know, he's a muggle born, Sirius," Alaina whispered.

"I haven't used the fellytone in a while, not since I came back from hogwarts." Celistine said, finaly realizing just how much she had changed since she found out she was a witch.
