Damien looked up at Ouki. He had intended to have his own room, as sharing spaces wasn't something he'd ever done, except for the last two months. It had never even crossed his mind that she'd want to share rooms... But she looked pretty hopeful. She obviously wanted to share the room with him.

"Ouki, I don't care if you take a bath, but first, if you intend to stay with me in our room, you've gotta put away your stuff."

[He's really just a push-over, ain't he?]

Ouki stopped dead in the doorway. She turned slowly, looking at Damien. Then, she pulled her wand out from the holder on her forearm and pointed it at her things. Very neatly, her clothes filled the closets, her assessories filled the drawers and her shoes were placed nicely in the base of the wardrobe. Ouki approached Damien.
"So, you like things neat and tidy, do you?" she said softly, and then she messed up his nicely styled hair. He reached out and grabbed her hands, pushing them behind her back. "Ooo!" she said, as Damien's face was looking dangerous as he stared at her, nose to nose. She moved her face, leaning her cheek on his. "Keep your secrets, Damien." she said in a breathless, articulate whisper into his ear. "Just keep them where I can't find them." She pulled back and looked into his eyes, her own wide with an invitation to challenge her.

It was rather novel to be going shopping with Yuta, they had become a lot closer than they ever had been before in the past few months. And it was nice, to have another somewhat close friend- there are some things, after all, that women can only share with each other. So despite its unusual presence, Neko enjoyed it. After all, it’s better than what she grew up with...

She shook her head a little. Now was not the time for such thoughts. Instead, it was time to browse the many shops for things that caught her eye- whether practical or just pretty, it mattered not at the moment. After all, most of her possessions except those she had been wearing and the few Inu had picked up had been lost in the fire. Threads, ribbons, needles, samples of various materials from one; a new dress and a few other outfits from the next; then two replacement pairs of her well-used boots, one pair knee-high and the other just reached mid-thigh; and finally a new leather coat, as her old one had literally fallen to pieces from so much use.

Night was well and truly falling by the time they finished shopping, and Neko decided to call it a night. She fancied a fair sleep before their early train. Leaving Yuta to the night with a smile and a wave, she headed back towards the hotel. All the way, she thought about the few times she had snuck out of wherever they were staying in order to stalk people in the shadows. She had only killed once or twice, if just for the salty taste of their blood on her lips. And only if she had managed to follow her hapless victim into a completely secluded area. It was more for the practice, and to see their panicked looks as they know they’re being watched constantly but unable to determine from where...

But tonight was not a night for hunting prey, Neko knew she should rest after packing her shopping away for the morning. She reached the hotel without incident, and stepped into the lift after picking up her room key. Immediately the smell of iron reached her nose, and she knew blood had been spilled here- deliberately and recently. She purred in appreciation. The lift reached her floor and she stepped out of it before the gentleman waiting stepped in, his dull senses not even reacting to that delightful smell. But that was his loss.

Neko walked to her room and put away her things, changing into her nightgown and only leaving out what she intended to wear in the morning. Then she turned to the door which connected this room to the one next to it. Should she?
...
Why not? She knocked on it and slipped into to the room, with a smile on her face at seeing Inu there as the irony tang of blood once again was noticed.

Damien gave his best smart-mouth smirk. "You just worry about your own secrets," he said pseudo-seriously. Then he suddenly picked Ouki up, as she gave a short scream, and he spun her around and around and around until he was dizzy. Laughing, he clumsily made his way over to the bed, and dropped her onto it. Then, Damien himself fell on top of her, laughing. "I'm so dizzy, I can't see straight," he laughed.

Inu layed in the massive bed, the partial moonlight was brightly streaming into the window. It was not yet full, but enough through it's cycle to bring the animal instincts in him to the surface. He was perfectly still, watching as the door to Neko's bedchamber opened and she slipped in with no more sound than what a shadow could make. He smiled. She looked almost, hungrily over at him. He pushed the covers off of himself and stood up. He was wearing loose cotton pants that tied around his waste, and his chest was bare. His scars were difficult to see in the moonlight, but his tone was not. If there could be a blessing for being a werewolf, it was that one's body was almost perfectly contoured with muscle. He walked over to Neko, and she to him, and he wrapped his strong hands around her fragile body, lifting her up. She wrapped herself around him, breathing deeply into his neck, and then she licked pulled his hand up to her mouth. She pushed his index finger deeply into her mouth and sucked it to the finger tip. Inu froze. Neko tilted her head and looked Inu over, he hands falling on his broad chest as he continued to support her as she wrapped her legs around him. "You've been hunting, and she tastes delicious." Her cat like eyes flickered up, catching his, and Inu growled, leaning in to roughly kiss her neck. He turned and rushed her to the bed where he pushed her onto the mattress, up the bed and onto the pillows. Then he reached under his piillow where his knife was hidden. He straddled Neko, and sat up , taking the knife to his chest, cutting himself just enough to make himself bleed. He passed Neko the knife.

Yuta cheerily waved Neko good-bye as she departed for the night. Yuta would stay out just a bit longer... She hadn't had some fun in a while. After sending her bags off to her room with a flick of her wand, Yuta traveled into a more sketchy area of town, smiling when she came across a nightclub just beginning the night. After checking to make sure her nails were still razor sharp to one edge, harmless on the other, Yuta walked in. She'd have a little dance, then, if the right person caught her eye, well... She hadn't had a good kill in a while. How nice it would be to feel the delightful shreiks of pain, as though they were her own, and to intensify it slowly, tune it like an instrument which she planned to play in a wicked minor key.... Yuta sat down at the bar and ordered a drink, sipping it slowly as she surveyed the room, blinking serenely like a predator waiting for prey with a small little smile on her face.

Neko took it, the blade cool to the touch. She ran a finger along its edge, feeling the sharpness bite her skin, then raised it to her mouth to taste Inu’s blood. There was always something different about his, a sharpness that shouldn’t belong there but did so anyway.

She wasn’t going to shy from her own offering, and raised her left forearm. The blade barely needed any pressure to cut the skin there and draw blood, and then the knife was put to one side as Inu grabbed her wrist and licked the trickle of blood from its source. The fire in both their eyes would have made anyone else flinch, but not each other. Neko reached up to place her arms around Inu’s neck so she might pull him closer and kiss him with fierce passion. Throughout their night, she shifted absent-mindedly to better release those animalistic urges that controlled them both- her howls alone probably waking most of the hotel in a cold sweat. But when finally they slept, content in each others’ arms, Neko purring against Inu’s chest, and when all should have been calm, she dreamt- of things long past and recent, yet all things she hated herself for. And there was but a single tear, quickly lost in the skein of her hair and never to be remembered.

Recovering from his dizziness, Damien stood up, pulling Ouki with him. Kissing her gently, he said, "Let's explore outside."

Ouki nodded as they went downstairs. Not seeing the house-elf, they went outside the back to see the waterfall again. It was quite an amazing sight. Strangely, though, he couldn't see where the excess water was going...

He wanted to find out. Stripping down to his skivvies, Damien ran and jumped into the ice-cold water, drenching him. Resurfacing, he took a sharp breath of air, before calling to Ouki, "Come on in, the water's great!"

Ouki felt a pang of panic. She remembered all too well her experience with drowning, and what she had to do to overcome her fear. It was mostly through avoidance; she had refused to go in the water again for years. She knew the pain nearly drowning brought and so she inflicted it on as many living things as she could. Only she would end their suffering with death every time. She always became impatient when the animals she tortured stopped screaming.
Ouki took a deep breath and started to undress. She set her clothes in a neat pile a bit back from the water. She picked up her wand and held it in her right hand. Then she folded her arms across her chest. She was silently thankful for the underwear she was wearing today; they were made from a thick cotton and her bra was the same colour, making them look like bikinis. She grinned as she looked down at herself. She was still as thin as ever, but her body was tight from all the running did. She stepped to the edge of teh water and jumped in, feet first, holding her nose and closing her eyes.

The jump sent her deep into the water, but oddly, under the water was quite bright. She opened her eyes and was able to see around her. She could see Damien's form moving not 5 feet away from her, making it's way to the water fall. Ouki tucked her legs up and straightened out into a horizontal position, and started to kick her feet and pull with her arms and hands. She could feel her breath not holding. She reached Damien, who looked beautiful even under the water. His body was actually glisening in the light coming through from the surface and every contour of muscle was accented. She reached out and gently wrapped herself around him. He held onto her with one hand, and reached into her hair with the other. She was suddenly aware of the length of her hair flowing around them, and it swirled and swayed as if alive. His hand held her face, and he looked into her eyes. She blinked once, a few bubbles escaping her mouth, and then she pointed her wand at her throat and thought the spell that would make her breathe underwater. She felt her lungs bloat a bit, and then she was able to breathe 'normally', as she pushed the water in and out of her body. He lungs did not resist it because they were able to sort the oxygen out of the water to sustain her. She had learned some clever tricks with water over the years. She leaned forward and pressed her lips on Damien's, trying to check what method he was using but also savering the moment. She felt her hair starting to pull toward something in front of them and realised that they were very close to the water fall and it's downward force was pulling them in. Ouki lifted her face back, looking into Damien's eyes again, wondering what he was planning to do next.

Being so close to Ouki, no matter how cold the water was, made Damien warm. He smiled, gently pulling her along towards the fall. The closer they got, the further down they were pushed, and the colder it became. But he kept her coming. They swam deeper and deeper, closer to the wall, popping their ears along the way to stop the water pressure from hurting them. Then, when they should have hit the wall, they didn't. There was a tunnel.

Swimming through with Ouki, he felt his air supply become lower and lower. But he kept going, not ever worrying for a second. He just kept swimming, feeling the water chill against his skin. Then they started going upwards, feeling the water temperature raise slightly as they did so. For several more seconds, the two rose through the tunnel, until finally breaking the surface.

Damien looked around, breathing heavily. He could hear Ouki's breathing next to him as he treaded water. Raising his wand, Damien whispered "Lumos." The spell filled the cave with light, allowing for Damien to clearly see everything within.

Seeing the edge of the water, he swam over and pulled himself up, helping Ouki do so afterwards. The cave was warm, with another pool of water on the far edge of the cave. The floor of the cave itself was surprising. It comprised mostly off moss, making it feel cool and soft.

Both Damien and Ouki walked over to the other pool and looked into it. They couldn't tell where it led. Looking at eachother, they grinned. They'd gone this far, why not a bit more.

Slowly climbing into the water, Damien was surprised to find that the water was comfortably warm. Going under with Ouki, he began swimming down. He swam slowly, taking in the warmth of the water. Then something happened. It suddenly felt like gravity had shifted, and he was swimming upwards. He didn't know how. After all, he'd been swimming straight, with Ouki right next to him.

Apparently, she had felt the sensation too, as her pace quickened considerably. Damien joining her, they both swam as fast as they could. Then, out of nowhere, they breached the surface of the water. Upon rising up, they were taken away by the sight.

They were in a different, much larger cave, this one with hundreds of glowing crystals in the ceiling. The ground was covered in grass and moss, and several fruit trees could be found scattered around the area. The cave seemed to be illuminated from somewhere above, giving it the feeling of being out on a nice, mildly warm day.

"Wow," Damien gasped. "Ouki, this is amazing."

Ouki walked around the cave, the water streamed from here hair down her back and front. She stepped lightly on the soft mossy floor; it was so comfortable. She approached one of the fruit trees and looked closely at one of the fruit. It was like nothing she had ever seen before. She reached up, hesitated, and then pulled one down. Her mouth watered - the swim had made her very thirsty. She bit into it without another thought and the juice poured down her throat, quenching her completely. She closed her eyes, enjoying the taste. She licked her lips and then caught part of the juice that had almost spilled onto her chin. She licked her fingers and looked around. Damien had been watching her, but she saw that he looked away at the last moment. She smiled, liking that he enjoyed watching her. She approached him and stood behind him, wrapping her arms around him. She followed his gaze across the cave.

The cave was roughly 20 meters across, and formed a great dome. There was a pool of water in the middle, and quite a few trees scattered across the cave, each of them bearing peculiar fruit, which from seeing Ouki eat one, was delicious.

He was looking ahead, at the little pool as Ouki wrapped her arms around him. "Ouki," Damien said. "Let's stay here for the night. We can surprise the others in the morning. Whaddya say?" He'd like one last bit of alone time with her before seeing Inu again.

Ouki shivered and held Damien closer. "But I'm freezing.... but that won't be a problem, will it?" Ouki pressed against Damien and brought her gaze down from his face to his chest and back again. "Did you bring your wand, or are you able to heat this place up without magic?" She smiled wickedly.

Damien smiled right back. "I don't know, you might get burned with what I have in mind."

Ouki grinned. "Try me."

"You asked for it." Damien picked her up by the waist and legs, carrying her over to a tree, setting her down at the trunk. Pointing his wand at the ground, he fired a spell that caused a small fire to appear nearby. It continually burned, although it never spread any. Then, Damien snuggled in close to Ouki,, entwining his legs with hers, wrapping his arm around her waist and putting his cheek to hers.

The fire grew in size so that it was warming them both.

Ouki giggled with excitement as the heat of the magical fire warmed her, drying her hair and causing her skin to flush. She could feel her and Damien's body temperature rising until they were both comfortable enough to sit there there together in the heat. The temperature in the cave reached a steamy level, almost like a sauna, and Ouki leaned back, resting on her hands. She breathed deeply and the air was humid, almost tropical. The watery environment was perfect for the heat that Damien had created. She could feel her skin becoming wet again, this time with perspiration. She leaned her head back, letting her hair fall free off her shoulders. She layed right back on the mossy ground, which was comfortably cool under her, and put one arm behind her head. She stared up at the crystals.
"Yes." She said. " I would like to play here tonight." She sat up slightly, leaning on one arm. She eyed Damien, who watched her. "I wonder if Inu knows about this place..." she pondered out loud, looking around. "But if he doesn't, can we keep it a secret, Damien?"
