Mundungus Flecther before book four.

okay i don't know if this has been mentioned before (i could not find a thread on it), bit in the end of Book four, suirus had for fetch three people for dumbledore, lupin (ex teacher of DADA in book three), figg (same person from book one who looked after harry when the dursleys went out of there house, JKR has reveiled), and mundungus fletcher (unknown). right when reading COS chapter three the burrow (page 34 british version), Mr weasley comments on a mundungus fletcher. Quote:
"what a night", he mumbled, groping the teapot as they all sat down around him, "nine raids, nine!, and old mundungus fletcher tried to put a hex on me when my back turned....

Could this be the same one, im guessing so. So it looks like mundungus flecther has been mentioned in the books before book four. Things we can get from this sentent about Mundungus flecther is.
*mundungus fleather is an old wizard,
*does not respect ottority, (putting a hex on someone raiding you house, when you have misuse muggle artefacts in your house get me to that coclusion),
*personality could resemble that of one professor moody.
*might be a pranster with muggles (mr weasley talks about how he got from there was bitting keetles and shrinking keys, muggle baiting in his opinion).

hmm...perhaps Dumbledore is telling Sirius to go find some people that could either play spy on voldy like Snape used to do, or he could be pallning an all-out assault on voldemort.
