Anastasia is actually a 20th century fox production I think :D I didn't realize that for a long time though, I always thought it was disney. it looks like Disney. It's a great movie, and you're right about the music-- it's excellent! :D :D

Yea, i remember in the 4th grade when our class had Time for Kids, there was an article about Anastasia taking on Disney, because it earned much more money than some disney clasics on the 1st week. I also remember that i was scared out of my wit when i first saw it. I didnt like the evil guy

I've never seen Anastasia...perhaps I should...well, actually I saw the pictures flash by on a TV screen while on a bus trip to Florida, but I was so tired and vegetable like after being on that bus for 20 some hours I didn't care anymore...I couldn't stand anymore movies....ack

You're right Marcus, the bad guy was really scary! His body was always falling apart and stuff... Now that I'm older though, I think he's funny  And Meg, you should definitly see this movie! It's the best!

oh I forgot the Truman show!! great movie. i like matrix as well, but haven't seen matrix reloaded yet. i've only seen parts of pleasantville, but what I saw didn't really capture my attention. i must admit, i have never heard the term meta...blah before, but from the movies you mentioned some kind of... parallel world type thing? dont know if that was the correct word but whatever.

A great movie, for those of you with...open minds is Velvet Goldmine. I adore that movie...though, I will admit it IS kind of a long acid trip...that's okay. It deals with David Bowie and has Ewan McGregor in it...what more can ya want...
