ok. i didn't find any info on what the scenes specifically are, but i found some general info::

C/O CBBC Newsround http://news.bbc.co.uk/cbbcnews/hi/uk/newsid_2681000/2681741.stm::

19 new/extended scenes, including more of Dobby, the flying Ford Anglia, a scary encounter with the Malfoys in Borgin and Burkes and much more!
New self-guided tours which let you hover over the details of the Chamber of Secrets, Dumbledore's office and Diagon Alley. This includes some places that've never been shown in the film like more Diagon Alley shops and the sitting room in Dumbledore's office
Interviews with Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson, and other cast members. They talk about making the film, their favourite scenes and what their friends think
An exclusive interview with JK Rowling and screenwriter Steve Kloves about getting book two onto the big screen
Activities which allow you to escape from the Forbidden Forest and sneak into the Chamber. You can also visit Professor Lockhart's classroom and look through his photos
The DVD-Rom also includes:

New technology which lets you navigate through the DVD-ROM features using your voice
An interactive Hogwarts timeline which shows the important dates in Hogwarts history, and has mini pop-up videos from the Harry Potter films
Special puzzles, challenged and screensavers
Magic trading cards which can be printed off to collect and share

yayers! so there's info on the other stuff, besides the extended scenes...
