Platform 9 and 3/4

Ok, way back in PS, the first time Harry attemps to ride the train to Hogwarts, we find him properly perplexed on how to get on the platform. Now, what if The Weasleys had gotten on the train before him, and he had never heard Molly say, "Packed with muggles of course". How would have Harry gotten on the train, and more importantly, how would have Harry met his future best friend, Ron????

Maybe he'd have met the Malfoy's getting on the train and made friends with the "right sort" of magicians, then prolly he would have no reason to not want to be in slytherin .... (of course on diagon alley he already sees draco and doesn't like him from the start but who knows ...)

Yeah, i like this one. So he makes friends w/ malfoy and gets sorted into slytherin. changes the story completely. So in slytherin would he go w/ malfoy and not like any of the other houses, gryfidor especially. and then tease ron for being a weasley and hermione for being muggle born? the only way i could see this not happening is hagrid steps in and shows harry, the "good side", but then again, harry moight not like hagrid too much because of malfoy and the gang.

Would Hagrid make friends with Ron and Hermy without Harry to introduce them ? and then defend them against the malfoy/potter duo ? What about Snape, would he like Harry, or would he not like Draco that much because of his link with potter (cos' I don't think Snape likes malfoy thx to his father but more cos' he hates harry ...) ? and what about DD ? would he interfere, be deceived ? and the chamber of secrets ? Harry certainly wouldn't go out of his way to save "mudbloods" ...

If Harry met Draco and made friends with him he woudn't have saved the philosophers stone, Voldermort would be immortal, Quirell would be alive, Harry would probably remember that Voldermort killed his parents and that he's friends are Voldermort supporters and he would try to escape from Slytherins but Voldy, immortal and strong, would kill him.

What a sad tale...

As far as I remember, Hagrid said Harry that all bad wizards came from Slyherin... knowing that, wouldn't he say to the Sorting Hat not to put him in that horrible house? No matter what, I think he would go right into Gryffindor... then, he could make friendship with Ron or not, he hang on with Seamus or Dean, Neville... he would certainly know Hermione, but I think Ron wouldn't have said that it was quite normal for Hermione having no friends, she wouldn't have gone to the bathroom, they would never have seen Snape with a wound in the leg, etc... possibly, Voldie would be alive and like female and others said, he would kill Harry...

Concluding: The weasley's, no matter how late they were to catch the train, arrived to King's Croos in the right time... thanks to them, Voldie' wasn't able to get the stone!!!
