i looove watching gymnastics!!!! i want them to be on all thetime! XD

Svetlana - i felt so bad when she messed up on the jumping routine ....i think it was jumping <.<

Wow...she is sooo thin!! She looks really abnormal.

Yeah, all the gymnasts seem unaturally thin. Our mixed doubles pair have got to the finals in badminton, i will be cheering them on!! :grin: :grin:

yes, that and the fact that she is almost a normal height compared to the rest of the gymnasts make her look a bit odd around them :lol:

i don't have cable tv so i only get one channel on which to watch the olympics and it's not even on all the time there :-( i really wanted to watch badminton but looks like they won't be having it! :(

I always had an impression that Khorkina is at least 1.7 m tall...now that I know...she is about the same height as me... :eek: she is way too thin for that height

That Carly Patterson girl won the women's gymnastic's gold yesterday. thats pretty cool, considering i live in the same town she is from. Hooray for allen, texas! Anyway...im getting a little wiped out about the olympics now...Track and Field isnt really my favorite.

i don't really care for running track & feild either but i do LOVE swimming. It helps that i swim too i think, it gives me more of an appreciation for how great all of the swimmers are even the ones that come in very last :grin:

yea, those swimmers with ridiculously fast times :o but yea go phelps (be bring pride to all us fly/im-ers :grin: )

yea, they are hella small, esp that girl from romania and china...they look like 10 yr olds.
