Great to hear you like it here, 12321. Azn Wizard has got the right kind of idea. The actual breakdown regarding the number of posts required for each rank is in <a href="http://broomsticksandowls.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=540" target="_blank">this thread about Ranks/Titles</a>.

Once you've reached Fully Qualified Wizard level you can choose any reasonable title. The main exceptions are Quidditch Titles which you can request in the Quidditch forum, Prefects (who are the moderators of the Common Rooms) or Minister of Magic.
