That would be a crime actually.

well, who would have to know that they're American assassins. i know that that would be illegal, but what's the difference of us just going in and killing him ourselves with bombs and stuff. but, Bush is doing a good job. i still think that he should've waited for the UN approval.

but the UN wasn't going to give their approval. They were just thinking with their wallets. So, should we have waited until Sadam bombed us, because he knew we were thinking about going to war with him? I don't think so.

And we have to remember, Saddam might be dead already, reports say he was injured in Wednesday night raids, but we're just not sure if he's even still alive. One thing is clear, the regime is crumbling.

But I agree, Bush is doing a very good job.

You say Saddam will attack us, he won't, not to mention he can't, the only thing he can hit is israel, he has to go another 4000 miles after that to get to us

The military is too weak now to carry out any major attack, hundreds are already surrendering.

I just wish I knew enough in general to formulate an opinion about this war. I've been trying to keep up with the news, but that's just not enough, it seems. I feel like I need a strong understanding of the political system and America's history to comment at all about this event. :(

I don't know about anybody else, but to me it feels like there isn't any war at all, and I don't like feeling that. :-?

i have the same feeling. i mean, it's just that bigger things have happened in the past few years like 9/11 and the hunt for bin laden. but...this war is here, and Iraq has already set fire to some oil reserves in Kuwait, just like they did last time.

I know, your entitled to your opinion, but if you think Bush isn't doing a good job, you try being President and see if you can do a better job. Bush is trying to do what he thinks is best. If you still think otherwise, well, your entitled to your opinion.

if we're entitled to our opinion, why can't we criticise Bush?

i've always believed that the right path has always been harder to take than the wrong.

Saddam disobeyed the UN & so USA decides that the onli way to stop him is to sink to their level, by disobeying the UN too.
Obviously from our perspective the latter suddenly becomes okay, cuz its "the onli way".

I am against the war. Many innocent people will die.
Saddam and Bush are not better one than the other.

And I agree enough with you, Muscat.
