WHile browsing the great hall i came across this. I ahve already stated that I cannot get into it, but unfortunately, if i am to be in Battle of the Books this year, I must. I ahve made several attempts, with no prevail.

I would also like to say that I dont see how my school system can ban Harry Potter, but allow Eragon on the young reader's list! AN OUTRAGE!!!!

Only one month left till the Eldest is out! I hadn't expected to like Eragon but really did. I had pointed it out at the bookstore for my husband because he likes books about dragons, but he thought I wanted it so he bought it for me.

A lot of people say they have a hard time getting past the first chapter - I did too. Once you pass that point the book is excellent. I have no doubt in my mind that Eldest will be just as good!

Selene, we turned one of our spare rooms into a "library" and one wall completely covered with a bookshelf...an overflowing one at that. I still need more space!

21 days till the next book is out!

I haven't read either of them, because, quite frankly, I just haven't been bothered to, but I've heard they're really good... so, just to let you know, the second book in the series called Eldest is out, beats me why...
Maybe I should read them... I'm just making my way through another series at the moment though...

Don't worry, you will. It's a bit of a disconcerting twist, but me & my friends could kind of tell there was something like that going to happen.
