I don't think i would be jealous, i think i would fear him! For my life! Its very possible Snape wanted to protect Draco, he's always given Draco special treatment as a student. But the Malfoys are evil, they are on LVs side without a doubt, so therefore Snape would be helping the evil ones.

Which is why Snape is basically the most interesting character, and the one we tend to argue about the most.

Because Severus Snape is an anomaly in that. Not good, nor evil.

The whole Harry Potter Saga isn't just a message about Good and Evil. It's also Power and Those To Weak To Seek It. I believe that that's true but there is also good and evil. The Harry Potter Saga is a message for the confused, too! :grin:

Not everything is black and white, there are greys. But to me I just don't see Snape as being a grey person. I suspect he went off with the Death Eaters somewhere.

Snape is neither on the side of good nor evil but he is rather incredibly selfish and greedy which is essentially evil.

He's probobly sucking up to voldemort somewhere in order to increase his personal power.

I think you're right youknowwho, Snapes on whatever side he feels has the most power. and that makes him even worse than a bad guy in my book.

Dumbledore is humble, thats one reason why we all love him so much.
And Snape doesn't know what real power is, whatever little power he's ever had he's always misused it. Anyway, I think the greatest power is given to you from other peoples love of you, not fear of you. Hence Dumbledore's power, and Harry's too perhaps.

I think that he's in Australia. But I just don't know why....

Now why on earth would snape go there????

And you're right Run Away. DD said that Harry was to defeat LV with love, the one power LV dosen't have. And didn't someone famous once say that love concurs all?
