That's really good to know. BaO has been quite high up in the ranks when I've searched recently here from England but it's been around number 88 for a few weeks now when I've searched, which has been quite worrying. If it's number 10 or 11 for US searchers though, that's excellent news and a good sign that we hopefuly pick up a good deal more members as we progress to the plans for the future.

Not bad because JK Rowling chatted with Leaky Lounge & Muggle Net Site Owners...

Who knows maybe JK could notice this forum and chat with Paul....

I remember when I was looking for a forum, I really wanted one that had RPG. I think that helped when searching.....

This one is so user friendly and welcoming, some require so much sign up and waiting and all that sort of thing.... even though i'm very busy it's so easy to come on here and just check it out and go within a little while...

I found this site because I was bored, truly. A friend of mine introduced me to RPGs, and I was just trying to kill some time. So, I thought, hey, Harry Potter's awesome, and I'm absolutely SURE that someone's made an HP. So I search. No sites really interest me, so I continue searching. Then I come across this website called broomsticksandowls.com, and I'm thinking, ughh. Then I look over it, and I'm thinking now, "Holy Guacamole. I like this." So, I signed up, and that was the beginning of my time with Broomsticks and owls.
And even though I've only posted about 24 times, this is the first time where I can talk about HP without being told to shush. Woohoo. GO BaO!!!

Please try to avoid using text abbreviations, we have foreign members for which english would not be their first language and they might have trouble understanding abbreviations and words like 'ma'

What was the "ughh" factor, salemboy? It would be nice to know as possible improvements to reduce ughhiness may help to attract more members to join up.

To reduce Uggghhiness? I've just spent the past half of hour trying to think of an answer. Gimme a week to search the site for a flaw, and if I miraculously manage to find one, I'll let you know. Naw, I think the "Ugh" was indiscriminate. But like I said, I soon found out how much time BaO can take up.

Well I think we can all guess where Hermione now works - it must be google because it knows everything! Yet another google find brought me here too.
