Hmm, interesting idea... Although I'm not entirely sure Slughorn would quit a couple days into the semester. Seems like he would've done it before term started. Perhaps we could have Slughorn and Damien share classes? Like Trelawney and Firenze did?

Oh, and Galena is enjoying a strong drink in the Hog's Head right now. She will reappear sometime on Monday. But nobody knows where she is right now.

Nikolaus will be teaching Geneve basic controls of dark magic so she won't be influenced by the knowledge she obtained from him in the previous RPG. And this will be done in secrecy as the Ministry of Magic would not condone such action, especially when a certain dark wizard's descendant is involved.

Since it would seem that everybody's getting their own baddie storyline, I think my guy will have his own, also. . I couldn't help it. I just love the Sirius plotline.

Haha Nikolaus is not really a baddie as long as he never did anything evil.... yet
perhaps what he is doing, attracts the attention of QA's char Gwydion, Auror from Harry Potter's office?

Nikolaus is just a deeply misunderstood character. He acts nonchalant to most things as he believes it is all up to individuals to choose and fight for their own cause. And due to his mastery in dark arts, most people shunned him, thinking he is up to no good.

Yeah, but your Geneve/Nikolaus plotline still has an antagonist: Geneve's power. I'm still going to have my plotline.

A good story always has many, many 'sub plots'. But what will be the main plot? I guess in a RPG only time will tell that? I really like your subplot with the baddies breaking out of the Japanese prison. Also, I would really like to see Damien being the potions master, as he is so into the potions with his vials and so on...

All in all, wicked RPG so far!

Ok, I've got an idea. Back in the summer before this all happened, Slughorn told the old headmaster that he wished to retire. Unfortunately, the old headmaster was unable to find a suitable replacement, so Slughorn grudgingly continued to be the Potions Master.

Now, Damien could go to Galena and offer his services. Galena thinks back to her & the old headmaster's meeting with Slughorn a few months ago, & decides to offer Slughorn the chance to retire now. He jumps on the idea and Galena offers the position to Damien.

valencia's in the hnog head too, but she's the person who looked like a vampire. she's a metamorphmagus, remember? anyway, she'll be out of sight and in disguise for a while, because she's going to try to pick up traces of her cousins.

Duckie, I like it. Well, I'm not sure about text RPG's, but with video game RPGs, there is often many, many plotlines, known as quests. So, we can have a bunch of different plotlines going on. In the end, I think that the badguys will eventually team up, as they have a common goal; take down somebody at Hogwarts.

Ok, then once Galena's back up at the castle and Damien's back from Hagrid's, the two can sit down and Damien can offer his potions master services. Galena will then think it over and talk to Slughorn.

If Valencia is going away for a while in search of her cousins, would she let Nikolaus know the truth? or would she just come out with an excuse to prevent him from following?

Oh ya how about the DADA lessons? Classes will be starting soon?

I'm dragging Liam along with me in RPG, as he hasn't posted. We've also met up with Albus and James coming back from Hagrid's hut. Looking forward to seeing what transpires! We will be the usual 'kids left in the dark about these things' and find out for ourselves by spying and overhearing, and finally, interfering!

So once Damien is done at the hut, I guess he'll go back and sign up as Potions master, and probably Slytherin house ... what's it called? Leader? That would be great so then Geneve can confide and so on if necessary? Hmmm.....

That sounds good to me, Distortia. I couldn't help but do my little prank to the Potters. Yeah, so that's how I'm going to meet up with Galena, I'm going to bring the Potters to her with Filch.
