I've been thru A levels and i hate it totally...the stress buildup esp when my country has a very very competitive education system...
My results turned out to be bad...well bad enough for the stupid system in this country that required straight As to survive...i almost felt like giving up, i had enough for this country...

Oh what the heck...i will leave this country some day

I still believe that A-levels are the hardest exams I've ever sat...not because they are differcult. It's just the way they're set up and that you have to take (well I did) 4 at once and they are just so badly organised. It's even worse when you here the foreigners at university telling you that they're doing their degrees in England because it's so much harder back at home...I mean like, way to kill any self-esteem!

That's life. Ever since we are young, we have to compete with each other in everything...oh man, who can take that stuff...
All my friends are thinking of migrating and leaving here for good, cos they don't want the next generation to undergo this same system (which might worsen to 20x harder...yikes :o )
Oh well, now i'm just getting a basic degree in Singapore 1st (hopefully getting honours) then...go overseas for further studies and do what i really like
