i agree with won- hermoine isn't quite as innocent as she was in the first book, is she? if hermoine decided to become an anamagi, she would definately let harry and ron in on it. i think they're smart enough- look at the polyjuice potion! (well, so hermoines didn't turn out quite right, but it was still an amazing achievement

Well, though Hermoine has gotten more adventurous shall we say, I don't think that she is up to the 'breaking the laz' level yet!
Granted she might bend, and even break a few school rules, but remember her reactiont o when Ron said that Fred and Geroge might be breaking the law with those mysterious letters??? And becoming an animagi illegally is a very big deal.. .
Also, she would be a hypocrite after what she did to Rita Skeeter!

I reckon Hermione would become an animagi, but only after it is legally okay for her age. I mean, I'm not saying she wouldn't try and prepare all the parameters to do so , you know, as a 'thing I decided to do over the weekend' ^^ so that she could try immediately she came of age...

More the twins, I think, than Ron... But who knows?
However, i think it was stated before, it takes 3 years to become an animagus... But they could register in the MInistry... I don't know... let's wait till the next book come out!
