Hi fellows of BAO
i got a question!!!!!!!!!
I have a girlfriend that i met here in switzerland.
She comes from New Zealand so its on the other side of the world physicaly....
So we went out for seven months and she left to go back to nz....
Thing is alot has been said in those seven months and we were supposed to see each other in seven months. She left on june the 27 th and came back august the 1st.
I had final exams at the end of the month.
So if i had been studying like a good boy and not fooled around with her during that week i would have not flunked them( bad me very bad me   )
So i got put into a boarding school
and will not be seing her in seven months but in a year and a half what should i do just drop it or what ?????????????? i love her like nothing else on this planet
help me please

jeez, man that sucks. a year and a half is a long time. i would just try to explain to your parents that boarding school is not the place for you, and your old school is. but that's a real problem.

Well, dont want to disapoint you but :( ...all of the long distance relationships that I know of didn't work. But if u just give up right away - u may regret it many times in the future.

My advice is to try to keep it going while u r away, and then decide if u want to continue or to break it off - it will be much much easier to know what is right at that point.

but as a matter of fact it is ok, its not that bad when you make friends....
:D
The other thing is a got a thing going on with a girl in this boarding school but i dont really care about her she's real cute and pretty but i dont care about her i just have the feeling im with her to make time go by...
Am i a b*****d like my sista said and drop the girl on the spot or should i just go on and wait 9 months and wait till i see my real girl friend in Nyc this summer

Well, no matter how u look at it - U r basically "using" that board girl. Of course noone knows how serious the boarding girl is about you, just...well...dont get her hopes up or ur relationship grow - because that will definitely hurt if she is dumped after 9 month.

Plus - if u become more then friends with the boarding girl - u r 2timing and cheating on the long-distance girlfriend.

yeah... bad idea :o
you should definately tell the boarding school girl where you stand (as far as having a long distance relationship) and she either won't care and still want to be friends, or be a bit angry with you for leading her on (which you didn't necesarily do... it just sounds from your post that you might have).

hey smokey!well i am currently in a long distance relationship myself so i know how it feels being so far away even though kyle is only like couple 1000 miles away  but if you have strong feelings for her and are willing to sacrifice some of your time like talking on the phone emailing and maybe she could visit you then it can work. The boarding school girl you should tell her that your not sure its going to work bc you have feelings for someone else or you can just tell her yourn ot ready for a relationship at the moment but whatever you say you need to make sure she understands.Hope it works for ya!
