Swimming is the only sport I think that I could do anymore.
Skied a little; ten years ago,
but on my fourth time down the mountain I ripped up my knee badly enough that I have never put those slats of death on my feet again
Swimming doesn't hurt the joints and strengthens all the major muscle groups.
