Morningstar is the title of track 14 of The Art of Drowning, by AFI. One of me favorite songs. It's also kinda Galadriel-ish. Because Arwen was the Evenstar... and Galadriel was the lady of the Golden Wood... uhh, something like that. :-?
*pulls out LotR book* Aha! Found quote-
Gimli, to Eomer: "You have chosen the Evening [Arwen], but my love is given to the Morning [Galadriel]."
-Chapter 9, Many partings

LOL! Can't believe I actually remember that! I used to love Pokemon. But now they have all these new ones. The older ones are better, like Charmander and Squirtle.

Postby Athena Appleton » Tuesday 20 April 2004 8:04:28pm

My name actually involved a lot of thought...

Athena is the Goddess of wisdom, learning, crafts and war, and is the Greek counterpart to the goddess Minerva (whom McGonagall was named for). Going with the teacher theme, you hear of students bringing apples for the teacher, so that's where Appleton came from. I wanted to have the Little Wizard's Academy, because my entire life is spent with kids...

so, there you have it.
