Emma Watson, Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint hosted, and during commercial breaks, they discussed a lot of stuff, and ended with a 10-minute making-of featurette. Now I'm even more psyched and can hardly wait for June 4 (less than a month away!!!!) I was a little wary of this next movie, and I still am a little bit, but I noticed a few things that make me feel better.
1. the three main actors did not mention the so-called Harry/Hermione/Ron love triangle I had heard were there. They said there's some teenage love-hate tension between Ron and Hermione, but no mention of a possible relationship between Harry and Hermione was there. Which is good. Harry and Hermione never had romantic feelings for each other in the least.
2. Malfoy does not look as ugly as he does in the previews. Not that this is really important at all, since Rowling has even stated that she thinks a lot of people have the idea that Malfoy should have a romance with a decent girl because Tom Felton is cute. Well, he (Malfoy) isn't as cute as Tom Felton is. Anyway, he doesn't look completely retarded like he did in the previews.
3. I finally feel comfortable with the casting of Lupin. I didn't like that David Thewlis was cast, and I really didn't like the "look" they went with for him. But it works. The bits they had about him actually looked like it would be really good.
The actual movie they showed tonight included some deleted scenes, including Harry and Hagrid's conversation about dragons ("Hagrid, they aren't talking about real dragons, are they?" "Well, they aren't talking about penguins."

Quite good, I taped it, hope some of you got to see it.
