oooh that is not very nice of a guy to do that...so "un-gentlemanly"
Haha I'm not sure if the story below is considered stupid but that is definitely one of the worst day in my life.
A beach outing with classmates. A perfect sunny day. Too hot in fact so we ended up playing with the ice and water we bought for the picnic. Then some headed to the beach for a game of beach volleyball. I was happily eating my lollipop when I decided to watch them playing up close. So I took of my scandals and placed them by a bench, and walked down the beach. At this point of time, they hit the volleyball far away and helping them, I went to retrieve the ball alongside with my pal. I was behind her, following quite closely behind. (And this is the 1st stupid mistake) I always suspect this friend of mine having the world's possible short attention span and that day proved it. She saw a couple of my friends swimming in the sea and she glady joined them. And so she threw the ball behind which landed right on my face. Ok, so now, I dropped my lollipop and got sand in my eyes. I can't even open my eyes, let alone to see where I am heading. I went to the nearest water source - the sea, but eyes and saltwater don't mix well. This time, I called out of my friend but she didn't respond as she was having fun in the sea. So I struggled my way back to the picnic area and ooops I can't see where I left my scandals. (2nd mistake - no scandals) So I walked across the sharp squarish rocks barefooted. And there I called for my friends' help and asked for water to wash the sand off my eyes and face. (3rd mistake - wasting precious water) There is no more clean water left due to the water war we had earlier on. So I basically washed my eyes with what was left of the ice we had. Finally I can see but my eyes still hurts. So I went back to retrieve my scandal and went down to the beach to tell my friend off. (4th mistake - confronting the girl) She didn't realise she hit me with the ball and dragged me down to the sea. So I was soaked from head to toe without any clean, dry set of clothes. Then after the so-called swim, I decided to cycle and it might blow my clothes dry. Cycling faster and faster to let the cool breeze blow me dry. Then I did a stupid thing here. (5th mistake - trying to show off) I let go off the handle telling my fellow mate I can balance with one hand. And haha, I crashed my bicycle, scrapped both my knees and an elbow. Unable to cycle anymore because I was bleeding like hell, I slowly pushed the bicycle back to the kiosk and returned to the picnic area where my red-cross friends cleaned my wounds.
So at the end of the day, I went home in wet clothes with several blood stains of my khaki, sleeves and a few injuries.
