you made 20 posts in about 24 hours... wow.
Yeah, the bubble gum thing was a shocker for me, too (wonder if Fizzing Whizbees mean anything
) but I had been questioning St. Mungo's for a long time, too. I mean, how can they mend broken bones in a minute, GROW BACK bones in a night, reverse memory charms, but still have insane people from one bad night with a Cruciatus Curse?
Did y'all notice Neville pocketed the gum wrapper? I think this is where we're going to figure out the connection. My guess is, Neville has saved a few of those wrappers, because his mother gave them to him, and somehow someone will see those and get the idea... dunno, though.
I nearly cried at that part of the book. I like what Harry is thinking somewhere when he decides that Neville has had it worse than him, knowing that his parents are alive, but never getting to be parented by them.
Celestina Warbeck is a name I skimmed over the first many times I read the book (I have twelve books and cycle through them over and over again, so I have lost track of how many times I've read the Harry Potter books), but when reading The Ultimate Unofficial Guide to the Secrets of Harry Potter, they brought it up in there.

they've been giving him the same message all along! They're trying to tell him!
so sad. I hope he figures it out.
